Are you looking for a quick and easy meal that you can throw into a Dutch oven or crockpot and have it ready for supper? Here is a great recipe delicious and easy for your family to use up some of the round steaks from your locker beef.
When ordering locker beef from us you’ll have to decide what to do with the round. You can have it packaged as untenderized, tenderized, minute steaks (tenderized twice), or ground up to ground beef. This recipe is one of the awesome ways to utilize those cuts. In this version we used tenderized round steak.
Feel free to adjust the recipe based on how many people you are trying to feed or what cut of round you have. If using untenderized consider tenderizing the meat, if using minute steak cut cooking time and potentially leaving the pieces in larger chunks. For this recipe we served four adults and two children.
I have prepared the dish in the Dutch oven preheated the oven around 2:30 in the afternoon, prepared some potatoes In our foodie by pressure cooking them and setting it to keep warm.
