There are a limited amount of locker dates we get a year. This would be the time to lock in the date that works best for you and the size that you want to purchase.
We require a $100 nonrefundable deposit for a quarter beef, $200 nonrefundable deposit for a half beef, and $300 nonrefundable deposit for a whole beef.

Delivery:
Prior to your locker date we will get individual weights which will allow us to send you an invoice for how much is owed to Moncks Homegrown for the remaining portion of your beef.
We will deliver your animal to its locker appointment.
Once the animal is delivered to Wholesale Meats & Processing in Dyersville, Ia, you will be responsible to call and complete your cut sheet which tells the locker how you would like your meat processed and packaged.
Processing:
The locker will call you directly once your meat is processed and ready for pickup. Once you receive that call you can make arrangements to pick up your meat from the locker. Upon pickup you will then pay for your processing by paying Wholesale Meats and Processing directly.
