Locker Pork

  • Lock in your date:

    We are only able to raise our pork once a year. Because of this there are very limited locker spots available each year. Now would be the time to lock your half or whole hog.

    We require a $50 nonrefundable deposit for a half or whole hog.

    Our locker dates are as follows:

    Beef locker dates:

    • September 25th, 2025 at Wholesale Meats & Processing
  • Delivery:

    1. Prior to your locker date you will receive an invoice for the remainder of the amount owed.

    • Whole hog $300 before the deposit. $250 after the deposit.
    • Half a hog $150 before the deposit. $100 after the deposit.

    2. Once full payment has been received, we will deliver your animal to its locker appointment.

    3. Once the animal is delivered to Wholesale Meats & Processing in Dyersville, Ia, you will be responsible to call and complete your cut sheet which tells the locker how you would like your meat processed and packaged.

  • Processing:

    The locker will call you directly once your meat is processed and ready for pickup. Once you receive that call you can make arrangements to pick up your meat from the locker. Upon pickup you will then pay for your processing by paying Wholesale Meats and Processing directly.
